- January 2001: Tim Brown and Steve Smith meet at Victory Christian Center Young Adult leadership meeting.
- March 2001: Mr. Brown and Mr. Smith meet for lunch after church at Flavors Restaurant. Discussed similar visions of what we wanted to accomplish in their lifetime. Discovered both had similar vision; like a coin, same coin, just seeing from opposite sides.
- June 2001: Mr. Brown goes on mission trip to India with India Mission, developed contacts with business, ministry, and government leaders
- July 2001: Mr. Brown laid off from Williams Communications Group, Inc., a part of the busting of Telecom bubble.
- August 2001: Due to the strong suggestion of Mr. Smith, Mr. Brown applies to the Defining Your Destiny class at Open Bible Fellowship, accepted and starts class in middle of August. Mr. Smith is selected to serve on the leadership team.
- December 2001: Mr. Smith announces his Republican candidacy for Mayor of Tulsa, OK. Mr. Brown selected to serve as campaign manager.
- March 2002: 22nd of March Limited Liability Company (LLC) paperwork is filed with the State of Oklahoma. Founding principals are Tim Brown and Steve Smith. Partners agree to Mr. Brown to serve as President & CEO, Mr. Smith will serve as Vice President & Chief Idea Officer.
- August 2002: Sign multi-million dollar deal that will change the face of Tulsa, OK. Project will be announced at a later date.
- May 2006: Partners agreed to exchange leardership positions- Steve Smith became Chief Executive Officer; Tim Brown became Vice President, Finance.
