Business Principles
These principles are the cornerstone of how Triad Business Ventures (TBV) operates. They are the bedrock of our culture and how we do business.
Integrity: Integrity is doing what you say you will do. It is living by a different standard. The highest moral code is based on the Bible. In addition to living by Biblical Standards of ethics and code of conduct, we seek to fulfill and abide by all governmental regulations.
Innovation: Thinking outside the box, doing things differently is innovation. We seek to always improve our operations to serve our clients. We will also work with others to find new developments and improve our world.
Tolerance for risk: Risk and reward are always correlated. We have tolerance to take risks and receive rewards or failure from those endeavors. We will learn from our failures to evaluate risks, but we will always value risk-takers and those that live on the edge. Risk must be tempered by wisdom and accountability.
Creativity: We value creativity and the fruits that creative thinking and development brings, producing future innovations that birth new industries and companies.

Community: We define community beginning with church, parachurch and religious organizations. In addition, we see community as the development of the arts and culture of the regions where we do business.
Wisdom: Wisdom is the principle thing. We will apply Biblical wisdom and wisdom from science and technology to improve our world.
Teamwork: No monumental goal can be achieved by one person. We must work as team to achieve the impossible.
Quality: We will continue to improve our operations and those of our clients to find greater efficiencies and better ways to achieve goals.
Free Enterprise: We value free markets with minimal governmental regulations to provide a level playing field among fierce competitors in a global economy.
